Since the founding of Tonasco, we continuously hone our skills and expertise in the production of complex precision parts for intricate applications in complex instruments and machineries. The fabrication of these components often require high level finishing and tight tolerance control, not to mention the strict regulatory standards and requirements. Some of our products go into the most innovative high tech machines and equipment, such as micro surgical robots, microscopy instruments, and photonic measuring for semiconductor inspection.

Medical & Diagnostics
Micro-Precision Components and Modules for Mechanical Components & Modules for Medical Technology and Life Sciences Diagnostic Devices produced in series of 20-1000 pieces per year.
Part sizes from 10 to 1000mm with achievable tolerances for Milling and Turning up to +/-0.005mm with high surface finishing up to Ra 0.2µm.
Well organised processes and well documented procedures ensure control and traceability, which is especially important when producing strictly regulated products such as Medical Devices and Instruments.
Our ISO 90001:2015 certified QMS and highly traceable production management systems offer assurance to customers where standards compliance such as RoHS guideline and REACH requirements are critical.
Semicon & Optical
High precision Laser and Optical equipment components & modules at Low Volume Production with series from 20-1000 pcs per year.
High precision machining ensures high level of production and quality consistency. By utilizing high-RPM spindle and Micro-Milling tools with a minimum diameter of 0.3mm, our experienced programmers and machinists have the Micro-Machining and Complex CNC-Milling capabilities to produce components as small as 10mm. Achievable tolerances for Milling and Turning up to +/-0.005mm with high surface finishing up to Ra 0.2µm.
Components that require Ultrasonic-Cleaning are processed in-house at Tonasco, which is equipped with ISO 7 Standard Cleanroom Assembly facility and equipment. This is especially critical for Semiconductor or Optical instruments that operate in vacuum environment.
All products produced by Tonasco follow RoHS guideline and REACH requirement.
Product Automation
High Precision & Complex Mechanical Components & Modules for one-off to small series production for Automation Production & Custom Machineries.
Our extensive experience in High-Mix Small Series production and concise production planning, guarantee high-quality and cost efficiency, making Tonasco an ideal supplier for custom Production Automation machine builders.
From Product Carriers and Die Sets, to Product Grippers and Holders, we have established a good reputation of machining high quality precision components from various materials and surface treatment.
Achievable tolerances for complex CNC-Milling and CNC-Turning are up to +/-0.01mm, Wire-EDM up to +/-0.002mm, with high surface finishing up to Ra 0.2µm.
Established and systematic Quality Control standards such as First Article Inspection, In-Process QC, 100% critical dimension QC policy ensure consistency and control of production methods especially repeating batch production.
